Responsibilities:

Completes client assessments, develops treatments plans and monitors client progress. Provides support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers. Provides direct supervision and training to the Behavior Technicians.

Requirements:

Master's degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education). BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required upon date of hire.
