Our Behavioral Therapists use the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to work with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. We provide support in homes, clinics, and schools-wherever it's needed most. In this role, you'll be doing one-on-one sessions to help implement behavior plans, track progress with electronic data, support parents through training, and team up with other professionals. Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Collect and record data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness. Assist BCBAs in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans. Participate in team meetings and training workshops. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times. Adhere to all policies and procedures of

Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time hours Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience working with children Ready to join the adventure?
