As an Initial Assessment Coordinator, you will work closely with experienced BCBAs, dedicated support staff, and a leadership team that truly listens. A Cuppa Clinical is a weekly drop-in session hosted by Hazel Fraiter and open to all clinicians. This is a relaxed but meaningful space to talk through assessment questions, share strategies, and gain insight from Hazel and your peers. Compliance Corner is a monthly open forum led by our VP of Compliance, Elisa Mathewson. This space allows you to stay informed, ask questions, and strengthen your understanding of compliance expectations in a supportive environment. Clinical Get Togethers and Luncheons provide regular opportunities to connect with fellow clinicians, strengthen collaboration, and build relationships outside of day to day work. Continuing Education and Conferences give you access to CEUs, trainings, and ABA conferences so you can continue growing and staying current in the field.
