Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is seeking an experienced BCBA who values clinical quality, professional autonomy, collaboration and continued growth. BES is a small, local, clinician- and founder-led multidisciplinary organization rather than a private-equity-backed national provider. For an established BCBA, that creates an opportunity to contribute directly to clinical practice and mentoring early career clinicians while remaining connected to organizational leadership and a supportive clinical team. Why BES Competitive compensation recognizing BCBA experience and competency Professional development opportunities and PD stipend BCBA clinical support and professional collaboration 401(k) match and insurance benefits Hybrid flexibility within our clinic/home-based service model Opportunities for continued professional growth and clinical influence A smaller, locally based organization with direct visibility and impact Clinician- and founder-led, not private equity Multi-disciplinary practice What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification and applicable licensure 3+ years of BCBA experience preferred Demonstrated ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities Strong assessment, treatment planning, supervision and family collaboration skills Commitment to practicing and mentoring ethical, high-quality ABA services Ability to work effectively across clinic, home, and school settings and maintain an appropriate in-person presence within the BES service area Compensation $100,000-$110,000 base salary, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus . Placement within the range is based on relevant clinical experience, leadership experience, specialized training and demonstrated competencies. If you are an experienced BCBA looking for competitive compensation without losing the clinical connection and visibility that can come with a smaller organization, BES offers an opportunity to continue growing while helping shape quality care locally.
