Your schedule:

Salaried position with just 12 to 15 billable hours per week Onsite 3 to 5 days per week, working between 3-7pm. You'll:

Develop and supervise targeted, individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors, build new skills and reach meaningful milestones Partner with families through caring, thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations Advocate for your clients by proactively identifying potential concerns and communicating with the appropriate members of the care team Share your expertise through direct supervision, support, training and orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians Provide hands-on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serve The role requires physical activity throughout client sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, running and lifting 25+ pounds while keeping pace with children ages 2-15. BCBA Compensation Range:

$55,000-$65,000 annually for 12 weekly billable hours or $65,000-$75,000 annually for 15 weekly billable hours with benefits #LI-Onsite
