Job Description

Brighter Gems ABA is a dedicated and innovative provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, specializing in creating personalized and effective interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our team comprises passionate and experienced professionals, including board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and highly trained registered behavior technicians (RBTs), all committed to delivering comprehensive and individualized services.
Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention programs as outlined by the BCBA. Conduct direct, one-on-one sessions with clients in various settings (home, clinic, community). Collect and record data on client progress. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills. Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
