ABA Technician - Make a Difference with Children Paid Training | No Experience Required |
Part-Time Schedule Location:
Alma, MI Are you looking for meaningful, rewarding work where you can make a real difference? At Mercy Plus, we're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as ABA Technicians. No prior ABA experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. If you enjoy working with children, building positive relationships, and helping others reach their full potential, we'd love to meet you. Experience in childcare, education, caregiving, direct support, behavioral health, or related fields is a plus—but not required. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home or community. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—we'll teach you how. Collect and record client progress during each session. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support each child's success. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children. Patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
