School-Based BCBA - Ann Arbor, MI Lakeshore Behavior Consulting Ann Arbor, MI Job Details Full-time From $55 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Professional development assistance Qualifications Teamwork Data analysis skills Analysis skills Board Certified Behavior Analyst Data collection Full Job Description Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral consultation services to K-12 students in school districts near Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role is a great fit for a BCBA interested in applying behavior analysis in a school setting while collaborating closely with teachers, special education teams, families, and other school professionals. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions Provide behavioral consultation, staff training, and coaching Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Support students with a variety of behavioral and learning needs Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong behavioral data collection and analysis skills Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach Interest in school-based ABA, special education, and multidisciplinary teamwork School-based BCBA experience is preferred but not required. BCBAs transitioning from clinic or home-based settings are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are provided.
