Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a local school district in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is a full-time, school-based RBT position for someone who enjoys working with students with behavioral needs and wants to expand their ABA experience beyond the clinic setting. You'll work closely with a BCBA and school team to implement individualized behavior plans and help students build meaningful skills throughout their school day. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to students in the school setting Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school professionals Assist with generalization of skills across classrooms and school environments Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification At least 2 years of experience working with students or clients with behavioral needs Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data School-based ABA experience preferred but not required ABA graduate students or student analysts currently working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
