As a clinician-owned practice, we're committed to compassionate, evidence-based care and fostering meaningful connections in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing! And we're looking for warm, dependable individuals to join us as Behavior Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians. Whether you're just beginning your journey or bringing experience to the role, we'll support your growth every step of the way! This is a part-time in-home position (15 - 20 hours weekly) What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 therapy using strength-based, play-focused ABA strategies
- Support clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Use compassionate behavior support strategies
- Accurately collect and document session data
- Build strong relationships with families and team members What We're Looking For
- Genuine interest and passion for helping children thrive
- High school diploma required (Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field highly preferred)
- RBT certification or willingness to complete within 90 days (we'll help!)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
- Physical ability to play on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication, professionalism, and follow-through
