Develop and supervise treatment that incorporates assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices, promoting client engagement, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes Provide parent training and case supervision. Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity through the use of behavior skills training. Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with the families receiving services. Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.
