New Behavior Technicians are set up with an individualized one on one training experience guided by a qualified trainer. About you… You have a High school diploma/GED You have a valid state of Michigan driver's license You have a passion for working with children You're looking to apply your experience in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, childcare, or residential settings You demonstrate professionalism in communication, attention to accuracy, flexibility, and teamwork You consider yourself reliable and understand punctuality and attendance is essential in providing excellent services to our learners
