Michigan (in-person, travel to client locations required) About the Role We're hiring Bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Michigan to join our growing ABA team. This is a great opportunity for fluent English/Spanish speakers passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) build a rewarding career while making a real difference in their local communities. What You'll Do Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs Accurately collect and record behavioral data during sessions Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skill development Apply evidence-based behavior intervention strategies Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to support client success Requirements Active RBT certification required High School Diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel to client locations across Virginia as needed Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven team focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care Make a meaningful, local impact in Virginia communities Supportive clinical leadership and growth opportunities
