We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Flint, Michigan clinic. New to the ABA field? No problem! This is a great opportunity for: Childcare providers Paraprofessionals (Para Pros) Teacher assistants Preschool or daycare staff Caregivers What You'll Do As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in our center-based ABA program, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Our therapists work exclusively in our clinic - no in-home sessions. Schedule & Availability Our center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM . We are currently looking for candidates who have evening availability , particularly those who are available to work later afternoon and evening hours. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with scheduling options designed to provide flexibility while meeting the needs of our clients and families.
