You get to work in clinic with a collaborative team on-site every day What You Will Do As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1-on-1 with clients in a supportive clinic environment, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Deliver 1-on-1 behavior analytic programs to children with autism Accurately collect and record daily session data Remaining engaged & encouraging your client throughout session Complete skill acquisition through play-based learning, social skills, and positive reinforcement Follow the direction of the client and maximize on their most reinforcing items to provide learning and social skill opportunities Why choose Ebb and Flow ABA Therapy? ✨ Guaranteed 40 hours a week!
