In this role, you will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians. This position is ideal for a skilled clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, data-driven services, collaborating closely with families and team members, and ensuring the consistent delivery of ethical, compassionate, and effective care for the clients we serve. This position requires an average of 25 billable hours per week.
Duties:
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify behavioral functions and client needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and client goals Maintain recommended supervision levels for all clients, including a minimum of 10% supervision for behavior technicians or as clinically indicated Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans and reliable data collection Analyze client data regularly to monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support skill development and generalization across environments Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians to promote high-quality ABA service delivery Prepare and share progress reports and treatment updates with families and relevant stakeholders Maintain accurate, organized, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision meetings to ensure consistency and quality of care Assist in the development of safety and behavior management plans for clients demonstrating severe or high-risk behaviors Consult with caregivers, schools, and other providers regarding behavioral strategies and treatment implementation Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, and company policies Maintain active BCBA and Michigan LBA credentials, as well as CPR/First Aid certification and any required training
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan (required) 2+ years of experience providing ABA services with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavior intervention plans (BIP), and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
