We're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Monday
  • Friday, 4-8PM Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy. Requirements
  • 40 Hour RBT Training Course
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with families and team members.
