Board Certified Behavior Analyst Do you have a passion for helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) reach their full potential? LifeWays is seeking aBCBA or BCBAD to provide culturally competent, trauma-informed behavioral health services. Youll evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with families, providers, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost-effective care that aligns with LifeWays mission and values.What Youll Do:
Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations using standardized tools to assess communication, social interaction, play, and behaviors.Establish diagnoses, recommend treatment, and design individualized behavior and positive support plans.
