Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work onsite in a supportive school environment. This contract role offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and truly make a difference for an individual student. The assignment will run through June 11, 2027, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours weekly. You will be based at a dynamic educational center, focused on providing behavioral and mental health support to an 8 or 9-year-old student alongside a dedicated team.

Key Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification is required Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a public or educational setting Strong background in applied behavior analysis, behavior planning and intervention Excellent collaboration skills for a full team approach Effective communication skills and ability to mentor team members as needed Passion for improving behavioral outcomes and mental health support for students Must be able to work onsite

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral and mental health support to one student Develop and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans Work closely with other staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive care Gather and analyze data to track student progress and adapt strategies Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to ongoing planning Communicate regularly with staff and leadership regarding student needs and progress This contract provides an excellent opportunity for meaningful impact in a stable educational setting.
