Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity working as a Registered Behavior Technician in the vibrant Ann Arbor, Michigan area. As part of a dedicated educational team, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing essential behavioral support. This full-time, contract assignment offers the chance to work closely with educators, therapists, and families to implement individual treatment plans for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Immediate openings are available for two RBTs, continuing through the end of the school year.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies Strong communication and teamwork skills essential Ability to maintain comprehensive records and adapt to changing needs Availability to start as soon as possible and commit through the end of the academic year
Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Track progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed data as required Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce strategies for student success Support behavioral goals and implement intervention plans consistently within the classroom and across school settings Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with school and client guidelines
