Job Description

The School Behavioral Specialist provides school-based behavioral support through observation, assessment, data collection, and development of positive, evidence-based behavior interventions. This role collaborates with teachers, special education staff, administrators, students, and families to identify the function of behavior, implement effective strategies, monitor progress, and promote student success across school environments. The specialist also supports staff capacity through consultation, modeling, coaching, and professional development in behavior support practices.
