Job Description

The Linden Center is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team! Our center specializes in play-based ABA therapy for children ages 2-8 years, offering a nurturing, preschool-style environment with thoughtfully designed spaces that promote movement, creativity, and growth.
Position Details:
Full-Time:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (current need is for the summer months of June 15th-Labor Day, with the potential for this position to continue into the fall)
Location:
On-site, center-based (no travel required)
Setting:
Group play therapy rooms in a naturalistic preschool environment

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake and functional behavior assessments Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles Provide ongoing training and supervision for behavior technicians Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and update treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordination of care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
BCBA certification in good standing with the
BACB LBA
licensure in Michigan Experience working with young children on the autism spectrum (preferably ages 8 and under) Proficient in assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc. Experience leading parent training and team collaboration meetings Completion of 8-hour supervision training (or willingness to complete) CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Essential Skills:
