Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will design and implement evidence-based behavioral strategies, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress and improve quality of life for the individuals you serve. Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and patient intake procedures, to determine client needs and goals Implement behavioral therapy interventions tailored to each client's unique profile, utilizing data collection techniques to monitor progress effectively Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment protocols Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate services and optimize therapeutic outcomes Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including medical records management, patient assessment procedures, and behavioral health guidelines Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from a recognized certifying body Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and records management Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and behavioral health interventions in clinical or educational settings Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a compassionate approach toward clients and their families Join us in transforming lives through innovative behavioral health services! Pay:
$84,174.61 - $101,371.57 per year
