Background working with individuals across diverse environments such as homes, schools, clinics, or community settings—especially those involving children with disabilities. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health conditions and experience managing medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Strong client communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans, progress updates, and behavioral strategies to families and team members. Prior experience providing clinical supervision or training for behavior technicians or other staff members is highly preferred.
