As a Behavior Technician, you'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children. Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
