Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid opportunity. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent training for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Provide parent training and collaborate with families and care team members. Review client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress. Complete documentation, reports, and authorizations in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Meet productivity and supervision expectations. Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. Requirements Active BCBA Certification in Good Standing with the BACB Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan Current CPR & First Aid Certification Valid State of Michigan's Driver's License and current auto insurance
Pay:
$84,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
