TITLE:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Current RBT certification required
Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain excellent attendance records, ensuring reliable and punctual presence in the workplace.
Demonstrated competency in assigned responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Regular, reliable and punctual attendance required.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as may be appropriate and acceptable.

JOB GOAL
Responsible for providing one-on-one therapy addressing goals prescribed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure effective interventions
Communicate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding progress
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports
Attend regular supervision and training sessions
