- Full-time Bay Human Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in providing exceptional services to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
The Behavior Analyst will conduct functional assessment and/or functional analysis of target behaviors, develop behavior intervention plans and general behavioral guidelines to decrease challenging behaviors and increase replacement behaviors, train staff on behavior treatment plans, model intervention when necessary, meet with families and maintain a balanced caseload, and work in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as guidelines outlined by the local community mental health authority. Qualifications:
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification and Licensure Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with children and/or adolescents with ASD is preferred Valid Driver's License Able to pass criminal background check Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
Ability to meet physical demands of the job including stooping, bending, turning, stretching, lifting, assisting residents, making beds, and moving equipment.
