Flexible schedules, with part and full time availability Stable and equitable work hours, even with client cancellations Low technician turnover A positive, team-oriented work culture Competitive pay and solid benefits package (see below) Reimbursement for RBT certification and continuing education Volunteer service opportunities with our foundation to help families in need Job Description Working one-on-one with a child with autism, a Behavior Technician performs day-to-day execution of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment against Treatment Plans created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The technician performs direct client care and interventions that discourage negative behavior and encourage positive behavior that improves upon client communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. Excellent client care, customer service, computer, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and meet assigned goals. Ability to pass a 10-year background check (required by insurance). Stable work history. Reliability is essential (make it to work on time with minimal absences). High School Diploma or equivalent. Proof of employment eligibility/work authorization. Advantageous Qualifications An existing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. An existing First Aid and CPR certification. Completion of college coursework or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or other related field. Ability to speak multiple languages.
