The technician performs direct client care and interventions that discourage negative behavior and encourage positive behavior that improves upon client communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. Excellent client care, customer service, computer, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and meet assigned goals. Ability to pass a 10-year background check (required by insurance). Stable work history. Reliability is essential (make it to work on time with minimal absences). High School Diploma or equivalent. Proof of employment eligibility/work authorization. Advantageous Qualifications An existing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. An existing First Aid and CPR certification. Completion of college coursework or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or other related field. Ability to speak multiple languages.
