Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Total Compensation Range $80,000-$108,000 (including base salary, sign-on bonus, and performance incentives) Quality Care Rehab and Autism Center is looking for a BCBA who wants more than just a job - you want a place where your skills are respected, your ideas are heard, and the kids you work with genuinely benefit from your passion. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments and clinical evaluations Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise and support RBTs, BTs, and clinical team members Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration Maintain documentation and compliance requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification through the BACB Active Michigan Behavior Analyst License Strong clinical knowledge of ABA and autism treatment 13 years of BCBA experience preferred Newly certified BCBAs encouraged to apply Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Quality Care?
