•Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for improving the lives of individuals through effective behavioral therapy. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering positive behavior changes and enhancing the overall quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying issues impacting behavior. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive support for clients in special education settings. Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions and strategies. Stay updated on best practices in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. Experience in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and data collection within a clinical or educational setting is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining medical documentation is essential. Previous experience working with individuals in special education or behavioral health settings is highly desirable.
