Full Job Description Job Summary:
You will work one on one with children who have been diagnosed with autism. These children range in age from 18 months to 9 years. You will use the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach gross motor, fine motor, academic, play, self-help, social and language skills. We are a PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
Employer Education Requirements:
Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field, preferably
Applied Behavior Analysis Experience/Attributes Sought:
Previous experience working with children with autism ABA experience (Preferred) Excellent communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Implement programs as written by the Clinical Directors Implement behavior plans as written by the Clinical Directors Collect data pertaining to assigned child's programs and interventions Graph all data related to the assigned child's programs Follow basic principles of ABA techniques, as trained by The EIC, when running programs and attending to behaviors of assigned child Provide daily progress report to the parents regarding their child's performance
