Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect accurate session data and document client progress. Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills. Implement behavior intervention strategies while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of clients and the organization. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards during all sessions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; college coursework in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or in a healthcare or educational setting is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Reliable transportation Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (training provided). Must successfully pass a background check and meet all employment requirements.
