Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. In this position, you will provide services in both clients' homes and our therapy center. We are currently seeking candidates who are available to work at least two evenings per week and on Saturdays. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and center-based settings Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction interventions Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience in behavior analysis or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred). Familiarity with medical documentation practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, families, and individuals receiving services. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in working with children (preferred) 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to obtain) 10-hour Lakeshore Trainings (or willingness to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
