Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM (school year schedule; summer schedule will vary) Job Summary Noor Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and energetic Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a 6-year-old client in her home in Bloomington, MN, implementing behavioral therapy based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism. You will receive training and ongoing supervision from a qualified clinician. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors. Collect and record session data to monitor client progress and support treatment decisions. Follow treatment plans created by the supervising clinician. Assist with assessments and ongoing monitoring of the client's needs. Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress. Foster a positive, supportive, and structured therapy environment. Qualifications Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in behavioral health preferred but not required . Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral therapy. Strong attention to detail for data collection and documentation . Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to work independently in a client's home environment.
