Job Description

WHO WE ARE
Just Kids Autism Center is a clinic-based ABA practice in Bloomington, MN. We serve children with autism, many from East African immigrant families. We are in a purpose-built clinic environment designed for real-life skill building. Our team is tight-knit, mission-driven, and all the way in. Our owner works six days a week alongside staff. THE ROLE
We're hiring for both licensed RBTs and unlicensed Behavior Technicians who are working toward or planning to pursue their RBT certification. You'll deliver direct ABA therapy to children in our clinic under BCBA supervision, using Motivity for real-time data collection. This is an in-person role in Bloomington, MN. Full-time and part-time schedules available depending on what you need and what our clinic schedule supports.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to children with autism in the clinic Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under
BCBA/QSP
supervision Collect and record session data in Motivity in real time, every session, no exceptions Complete session notes same day Participate in team training and supervised skill-building activities Collaborate with families in a culturally responsive, respectful way Show up — consistent attendance is foundational to our kids' progress
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required High school diploma or equivalent Genuine interest in working with children with autism in a clinical setting Reliable transportation to our Bloomington clinic Ability to commit to a consistent schedule, our kids count on it Preferred (not required) Active RBT certification — or actively working toward it Background or coursework in psychology, education, or human services Bilingual in Somali, Amharic, Arabic, or French; significant advantage given our community Prior experience in ABA, special education, or direct care settings
