The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based strategies to improve client outcomes and enhance quality of life. Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with fidelity and regulatory standards. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans or programming as necessary. Collaborate with other professionals in special education, healthcare, and community services to coordinate care. Advocate for the needs of clients within various settings When needed. Work collaboratively with the Qualified Supervising Professional Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Must be Licensed in Minnesota or Willing to become Licensed in Minnesota Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is required. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Familiarity with special education practices and documentation requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records.
