Join NovaCare LLC. as a Behavior Technician Level 2 Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are currently looking for a Behavior Technician Level 2 to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician Level 2, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing behavior support plans under the guidance of a supervisor. Monitoring and documenting client progress and behavior. Providing direct care and support to clients in a respectful and professional manner. Collaborating with team members to ensure effective and consistent care. Maintaining a strong understanding of client needs, particularly those related to East African/Islamic customs, if applicable. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual who meets the following qualifications:

Experience:

At least 6 months of relevant experience in this role.

Cultural Awareness:

Preferably familiar with East African and/or Islamic customs to provide culturally sensitive care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
