Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings, with a strong grasp of behavioral analysis methodologies Deep understanding of functional behavior assessments, individualized intervention plan development, and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and respond flexibly to student needs Passion for supporting students with behavioral or developmental challenges

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting behavioral assessments, including functional analyses and direct observations Collaborating with school personnel to develop individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) and monitor progress Providing ongoing staff training and consultation on behavioral strategies and best practices Collecting and analyzing data to report on student improvement and guide intervention adjustments Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions when needed Fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere for students to reach their full potential Enjoy the benefits of a flexible contract assignment.
