Position Summary:

With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) creates and supports the implementation of high-quality positive behavior supports throughout the school district.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Master's Degree in psychology or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience required. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Minnesota teaching license in Special Education or School Psychologist would be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $80,309 to $94,307, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual's experience and the district's budget.
