This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills in a supportive one-on-one setting.

Full-Time Pay:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities include: Provide direct one-on-one support in the client's home Help implement treatment goals and skill-building activities Support communication, social skills, behavior reduction, and daily living skills Collect basic session data and complete daily notes Follow individualized treatment plans under supervision Communicate professionally with families and team members We are looking for someone who is: Patient, kind, and dependable Comfortable working with children and teens with autism Able to follow instructions and stay consistent Professional, respectful, and family-centered Willing to learn and grow in the
ABA/EIDBI
field Preferred qualifications: Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities ABA, EIDBI, PCA, childcare, or caregiving experience is a plus Must be able to pass required background checks Reliable transportation preferred Training and support will be provided.
