In-Home Level 2 Behavioral Technician (EIDBI) -
Madina Wellness Center Location:
Oak Grove, MN (in-home)
Schedule:
afternoon/early evening availability is preferred.

About the Role Madina Wellness is seeking a Level 2 EIDBI Behavioral Technician to provide in-center and/or in-home evidence-based therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. This position is hands-on and client-focused — you'll deliver intervention, oversee clinical services, and collaborate with families and providers to support each child's development and care plan. Key Responsibilities Provide EIDBI individual intervention for our client with autism Conduct accurate and evidence-based data collection and documentation. Help clinical supervisors conduct clinical assessments and develop, monitor, and update treatment plans. Experience using Central Reach is a plus. RBT certification experience is a plus. Implement evidence-based ABA interventions and track client progress. Deliver family training and education to support home and community carryover. Attend care coordination meetings with schools, doctors, therapists, and social workers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA and EIDBI guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Current transcripts and a high school diploma are required as proof of education. 1-2 years of experience working in an ABA center or with individuals with ASD. Must be willing to work directly with clients, including those with high behavioral needs. Must be able to write accurate and timely clinical notes. Ability to pass a DHS background check. Ability to pass a reference check. Ability to use technologies fluently for data collection and telehealth supervision purposes. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand and actively engage with clients for extended periods.
