The organization delivers research-based, data-driven programs that help children develop essential skills and discover new ways of engaging with the world. Caravel offers diagnostic evaluations in clinic or via telehealth, and provides clinic-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive, child-centered environment. Services include early intervention, communication and language development, social skills, school readiness, daily living and self-help skills, and support for reducing challenging behaviors, along with parent and caregiver training. Children receive one-to-one therapy, opportunities for peer interaction, and real-world learning in settings such as home, community, and healthcare environments to promote better outcomes and happier lives. Role Description The Student Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Plymouth, MN. This position supports ABA therapy teams by assisting with data collection, documentation, and analysis related to individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Day-to-day responsibilities may include observing therapy sessions, recording behavioral and skill acquisition data, preparing reports or summaries for clinical staff, and helping maintain organized records and materials. The Student Analyst collaborates with clinicians and therapists to ensure accurate, timely information that guides treatment decisions and contributes to high-quality, evidence-based care. The role may also involve participating in team meetings, contributing to research or quality improvement initiatives, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive clinic environment. Qualifications Foundational knowledge or coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, special education, or a related field. Strong analytical and observational skills, with the ability to accurately collect, record, and interpret behavioral and clinical data. Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with clinical teams and caregivers. High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in a pediatric healthcare or clinic setting. Interest in autism services, ABA therapy, and research-based interventions; prior experience with children or individuals with developmental differences is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Plymouth, MN, follow clinical protocols, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards. Current student or recent graduate status in a relevant program preferred; CPR/First Aid certification and familiarity with data systems are a plus.
