Achievements Unlimited provides ABA direct care services to participants in a classroom setting, as outlined in a daily schedule. Supports provided are dependent on each participant's specific goals and objectives. RBT's work with other team members in supporting our clients with Autism and other special needs. They are responsible for classroom management and working one-on-one in a group setting.

Pay:

starts at $20 per hour with an extensive bonus structure offering an additional $3 per billable RBT (15 minute) unit completed.

Work Hours:

Full Time 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Part Time 9am-3pm Monday 9am-4pm Tuesday 8am-4pm Wednesday 9am-4pm Thursday 9am-3pm Friday

New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day/Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Friday, and Christmas.

Duties:

• Provide direct care as outlined in policies and individual service plans.
• Implement client goals and implement ABA procedures throughout the day.
• Maintain daily documentation including data collection and RBT session notes
• Generate SOAP Notes for sessions and trainings that meet DMH requirements
• Assist with overall classroom preparations
• Maintain professional relationship with individuals, families, community members, and residential staff.
• Follow and maintain the RBT standards outlined according to BACB standards and agency standards.

Requirements:

• Passed RBT coursework and a current RBT Certificate, or desire to obtain RBT Certification
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Clean Background Check
• Willingness to work with adults with challenging behavior, including aggression.
• Ability to pass all training as required by our company and the state of Missouri
• Willingness to be open to constructive feeback.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to support clients out in the community.
