Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BCBA to join our team in Chesterfield, MO. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will help our team deliver effective and innovative solutions to improve the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD Conduct behavioral assessments and analyses to inform treatment recommendations Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services Provide coaching and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism treatment Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure successful transitions and generalization of skills
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Missouri Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Prior experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
