is looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic Clinic Manager to work as a Wellness Coordinator at one or more of our five St. Louis locations in Chesterfield, Cottleville, O'Fallon, Creve Coeur and Des Peres. This position has the likelihood to develop into a

FULL-TIME

position and requires some Saturday and Sunday availability. Previous experience in sales and providing excellent customer service is a requirement. Articulate with great verbal and written communication skills. At least 1 year of previous Sales experience. Office management and/or marketing skills are a plus! Team player with a great work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Essential Responsibilities Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, management and staff. Greet and welcome patients with courtesy and friendliness. Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an efficient and organized manner. Prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic. Professionally handle phone calls and interactions. Educate patients on wellness offerings and services. Re-engage inactive members. Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories. Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate. Recognize and support team goals and create and maintain positive relationships and work cohesively with team members. Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics. Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace. Keep management appraised of patient concerns and follow company policies and protocols. Able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends.
