Job DescriptionJob Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a pivotal supervisory role within a multi-disciplinary clinical team, primarily serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position involves close collaboration with educators and therapists to deliver effective behavior analysis services. The BCBA utilizes advanced tools such as electronic data collection systems, behavior tracking software, and telehealth platforms to assess and enhance client outcomes. Occasional local travel is required, with opportunities for growth into senior BCBA roles.
