Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and parents Proficiency in developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans Ability to train and support school staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions Develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior support plans for students Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent application of behavioral interventions Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel regarding best practices in ABA Regularly monitor and adjust intervention strategies based on student progress and data collection Document and report on student outcomes, plan effectiveness, and compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations Immerse yourself in an inclusive, supportive setting where your expertise drives real improvements in student behavior and academic performance.
