Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you ll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying I love you for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old. This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. This is a great role for people who are looking to advance their careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, and other psychology specialties.
