Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians! This contract role centers on supporting high school students at a specialized behavior school. The position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 28th, offering a meaningful chance to make an impact over the academic year. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 2:55 pm, for a balanced daytime schedule. What you'll need to succeed: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working within schools or behavioral settings Flexibility to adapt to changes, as assignments may shift during the school year Willingness to obtain fingerprints specifically for the district (candidate is responsible for the fingerprinting fee) Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Key responsibilities: Providing behavior intervention and support to high school students at a behavior-focused educational center Collaborating closely with school staff, including Behavior Analysts, teachers, and support personnel Implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA Collecting accurate behavioral data and participating in team meetings as needed Supporting a positive, structured environment that enhances student growth and skill acquisition Why consider this opportunity?
